Maggie is a 4 year NCAA athlete and has received a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology. Maggie moved from Maryland with her husband in August of 2016. When she is not at the gym she loves to be at the beach, on a hiking trail, fishing, or coaching lacrosse!
Vicki is an IFBB Professional Athlete and competed competitively from 1985-2015. Vicki has also worked as a firefighter, nutritional adviser, and physical therapist throughout the years. Vicki loves helping people meet their fitness goals at all levels, from beginner to pro athlete.
